I don't know about your neighborhood, but in mine if you place stuff on the curb or sidewalk without a for sale sign, it is considered that you are giving it away. Some things we've put outside have been taken within minutes!

That's the way it is in our neighborhood too. If we don't want it taken it has to be in the back yard ;D

Wow, Stever, the guys would have been so much better off if they would've known your method. But for now, they'll be having indoor picnics (a nice way of saying they'll be eating on the floor...)

Ha! some people in my neighborhood have accepted a "free lawnmower" from me once, I can sympathize with the guys on this one.

This happened to my neighbors. Luckily they posted signs and such saying that free furniture wasn't free and it was actually returned!
